Gift Vouchers<\/strong> General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use \u2013 Rene-Victoire, \u00c9pinal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the \u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) are entered into between RENE-VICTOIRE<\/strong>, located at 18 rue Boulay de la Meurthe, 88000 \u00c9pinal<\/strong>, registered under SIRET number 98126713100010<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cSeller<\/strong>\u201d), and any user wishing to purchase, print or offer one or more gift vouchers available on the website www.rene-victoire.fr<\/strong><\/a> (hereinafter the \u201cClient<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The person redeeming the gift voucher is referred to as the \u201cRecipient.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller and the Client are collectively referred to as the \u201cParties.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms exclusively govern the purchase, payment, printing and use of gift vouchers offered on the website www.rene-victoire.fr<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before completing any order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms by ticking the corresponding box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printing any gift voucher constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 1 \u2013 Validity of the Gift Voucher<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The gift voucher is considered valid only once payment has been received and processed by S.A.S. Rene-Victoire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gift vouchers are valid exclusively for stays at the Rene-Victoire furnished 5-star apartments located at 18 rue Boulay de la Meurthe, 88000 \u00c9pinal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2 \u2013 Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All payments must be made in euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gift vouchers are paid for online via secure bank card payment on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3 \u2013 Voucher Value<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The value of each gift voucher appears directly on the paid voucher sent to the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 4 \u2013 Activation and Expiration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The gift voucher is activated upon being sent by email or postal mail, depending on the option selected during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each gift voucher is valid for one (1) year<\/strong> from the date of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 5 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with consumer law, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period<\/strong> starting from receipt of the order confirmation email<\/strong>. If the gift voucher is used, even partially, during this period, the withdrawal right is void.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If applicable, the Seller will refund the voucher within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the Client\u2019s request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Client must return the gift voucher along with their bank account details (RIB) by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to S.A.S. Rene-Victoire, 18 rue Boulay de la Meurthe 88000 \u00c9pinal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only the face value of the gift voucher will be refunded. Any shipping or return costs remain the Client\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 6 \u2013 Use of the Gift Voucher by the Recipient<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gift vouchers must be used in a single transaction<\/strong>, cannot<\/strong> be split, exchanged or refunded<\/strong>, are valid for 12 months<\/strong> from the date of purchase; once expired, they are neither refundable nor usable and may only be redeemed for services or stays offered by the Seller upon presentation of the voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon presentation, the Seller reserves the right to verify the validity of the voucher by any appropriate means, including checking its reference number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, resold, partially refunded, credited to a bank account or used for any discount.
They cannot be replaced in case of loss, theft or expiration, and no opposition request may be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placing an order, making a payment and printing the voucher constitute full acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
